Welcome to MJ Clicks. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, professionalism, and a smooth experience for both parties.

• Photography and Videography is technical and electronic matter, in case anydefect occure electronically, we will not be liable for that. Please co-operate at that time

1. Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after receiving an advance payment.
• Dates are reserved strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Until the advance is paid, the date remains open for other clients.

2. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable advance is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining balance must be cleared:
  
  • Before / on the day of the shoot (for smaller shoots), or
  • As per mutually agreed milestones (for weddings/events)
• Delay in payment may result in delay in delivery.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Advance payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
• In case of rescheduling:
  
  • We will try to accommodate based on availability
  • Additional charges may apply depending on changes
• If MJ Clicks is unable to perform due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative solution or refund of advance will be provided.

4. Coverage & Deliverables

• Coverage includes only the agreed hours, locations, and services.
• Any additional hours or services will be charged separately.
• Final deliverables include:
  
  • Edited high-resolution images
  • Videos (if included in package)

Raw/unedited files are not provided unless agreed in advance.

5. Editing & Creative Style

• Clients acknowledge that they are familiar with MJ Clicks’ style.
• Editing, color grading, and composition decisions are at our creative discretion.
• Minor revision requests may be considered, but major changes are not guaranteed.

6. Delivery Timeline

• Photo delivery: typically within [2–4 weeks]
• Video delivery: typically within [4–8 weeks]
• Timelines may vary depending on workload and project scale.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure:
  
  • Timely availability during shoots
  • Required permissions at locations
  • Proper coordination for smooth execution

Delays caused by clients may affect the final outcome and delivery timeline.

8. Travel & Accommodation

• For outstation shoots:
  
  • Travel, stay, and logistics must be arranged or covered by the client
• Any additional travel costs will be communicated in advance.

9. Image Usage & Rights

• MJ Clicks retains the right to use images/videos for:
  
  • Portfolio
  • Social media
  • Marketing purposes

Clients may request privacy in advance, which will be respected.

10. Liability

• While we take utmost care, MJ Clicks is not liable for:
  
  • Unforeseen circumstances (weather, accidents, restrictions)
  • Loss caused by factors beyond control
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

11. Equipment & Backup

• We use professional equipment and maintain backups.
• In rare cases of technical failure, liability is limited as stated above.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.

13. Agreement

By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
